Home Care Office Manager (Growth-Focused)

Position Overview:
We are a national powerhouse in-home care practice seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Care Office Manager with a strong track record of driving business growth and managing daily operations in the home care industry. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our home care agency, with a particular focus on developing and executing strategies to drive expansion, increase client base, and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, possesses excellent leadership skills, and has a proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth Strategy:
- Help develop and implement (with assistance of Director) a comprehensive growth strategy to expand our home care agency's client base and increase revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential target markets in our local territory
- Collaborate with Director to set growth objectives and develop actionable plans to achieve them. 
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Track weekly and monthly metrics against growth goals set and regularly report to Director.

2. Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the home care agency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage staffing needs, including training and orientation, inspiration, and performance evaluation of administrative and caregiving staff.
- Implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure optimal utilization of caregivers and timely response to client needs.
- Establish and monitor operational metrics to improve productivity, quality of care, and client satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and systems to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred but NOT required 
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in the home care industry, with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of home care regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of caregivers.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications (Wellsky scheduling platform) and technology platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
