We're looking for an experienced Scheduling Manager (experience in home care is strongly preferred) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex scheduling challenges, building strong relationships, and creating the perfect match between clients and caregivers.

What You'll Do
As our Scheduling Manager, you will:
  •  Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, availability, and client needs. 
  •  Build and maintain schedules that ensure every client receives reliable, high-quality care. 
  •  Quickly resolve call-offs, emergencies, and last-minute scheduling changes. 
  •  Maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and families through proactive communication. 
  •  Coordinate staffing for new client starts and schedule changes. 
  •  Work closely with Client Services, Recruiting, and Leadership to ensure appropriate staffing levels. 
  •  Monitor caregiver availability, overtime, and schedule efficiency. 
  •  Track attendance, missed visits, and scheduling trends to improve service delivery. 
  •  Review and maintain accurate scheduling records within WellSky. 
  •  Participate in the agency's rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours scheduling support. 
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of scheduling, staffing, workforce management, logistics, dispatch, healthcare coordination, or home care experience is required.
  •  Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. 
  •  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  •  Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. 
  •  Outstanding customer service and communication skills. 
  •  Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  •  Experience using scheduling software and Microsoft Office. 
  •  High school diploma or GED required. 
  •  Ability to pass a criminal background check. 
Preferred Qualifications
  •  Home care, healthcare staffing, or senior living experience. 
  •  Experience with WellSky or similar scheduling software.
