Job description

EHS Health & Wellbeing Operations


We will provide dedicated operational support for our client's EHS Health &

Wellbeing programs in San Jose, with a primary focus on day-to-day health operations,

employee health program coordination, clinic operations support, health checkup program

management, and cross-functional execution of local health-related initiatives, while also

supporting Health Ops standardization, reporting and governance priorities. The role may also support Non-China Health Ops reporting, compliance tracking and cross-market coordination where required.


The responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


• Support day-to-day EHS Health & Wellbeing operations in San Jose, including occupational health coordination, clinic-related coordination, employee health and wellbeing program support, health checkup program coordination and administration, and related operational activities, with consistent process execution and service continuity.


• Coordinate with San Jose Clinics, regional EHS stakeholders, business partners, vendors, and relevant cross-functional teams to support smooth execution of health-related operations and projects, with clear ownership tracking and escalation.


• Support implementation and ongoing management of AMS regional health checkup

programs, including vendor coordination, process communication, employee guidance, scheduling support, issue follow-up, documentation, program tracking, and continuous workflow improvement.


• Support implementation of local health and wellbeing initiatives, including program rollout, communications, scheduling, logistics, documentation, follow-up actions, plus post-program tracking for operational review.


• Support employee health case coordination and follow-up documentation and action tracking as required.


• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS health and wellbeing programs, procedures, training materials, awareness initiatives, and operational workflows.


• Maintain EHS records, reporting trackers, program documentation, and operational data to support routine reporting, compliance follow-up, management visibility, trend analysis and operational planning.


• Support management efforts to align operations with applicable local OH laws and

regulations, corporate EHS program expectations, internal standards, policies, procedures, and business requirements, including documentation readiness and defensible execution.


Preferred Capability Profile

• Experience supporting health operations, wellbeing programs, clinic coordination, benefits- related operations, health checkup program management, EHS administration, or similar operational work.

• Background in employee benefits, health checkup management, wellness program operation and employee health programs is highly preferred.

• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work across internal stakeholders and external service providers, and appropriate issue escalation.

• Ability to manage recurring operational tasks while supporting project-based initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Good documentation, data tracking, reporting, and operational analysis discipline, with attention to detail, confidentiality awareness, and comfort with dashboards or operational trackers.

• Familiarity with health-related compliance, occupational health coordination, employee wellbeing operations, audit readiness or process governance is preferred.

• Support preparation of operational summaries, dashboards and review materials for program visibility.

Salary range: Gross annual salary: 95K–120K, Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
