We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Oxford Health & Rehabilitation Center. About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the nursing staff on weekends. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, while also maintaining a safe and compassionate environment for all patients and staff. You will be responsible for:
  • Supervising and guiding the nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Assuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Conducting bedside shift reports to ensure continuity of care
  • Identifying and responding to patient needs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans
