The Part-Time Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and leading the sales team during assigned shifts. This role serves as a leader on the sales floor by coaching associates, promoting Reebok brand standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
