Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC Federal is seeking linguist (Spanish to English) with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to support our customer JIATF-CC for the NORTHCOM FALCS mission at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, Arizona Duties: • Provide Spanish-language simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for meetings and operational coordination • Provide written translation and review of analytic, operational, and intelligence products • Provide interpretation support at the General/Flag Officer and Senior Executive Service (SES) level • Operate Sennheiser (or equivalent) interpretation equipment • Translate technical documents containing military, intelligence, and law enforcement terminology • Maintain engagement records and translation/interpretation activity logs Requirements: • This is an onsite Linguist position located at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, Arizona • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret/SCI clearance will not be considered. • Possess a bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by and recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or 4 additional years of experience. • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience • Possess a minimum Level 4 (Full Professional Proficiency) in both reading and speaking Spanish, as measured by the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT), Foreign Service Institute (FSI) scale, or equivalent Government-recognized assessment We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
