In this role, you'll guide a team of production employees, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule to meet customer commitments and operational goals.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

This is a hands-on opportunity to lead, coach, and inspire a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll balance people leadership with operational excellence-driving performance, optimizing resources, and strengthening a culture built on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

How you'll make an impact

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
