Job description

Currently seeking a Plastic Molding Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position on Providence, RI. All Shift Available!!

Responsibilities of Plastic Molding Operator include:

-Set-up  injection mold machines

-Ensure the accuracy of set-up, changeovers and new job set-ups

-Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed

-Check molded parts for quality standards

-Identify and trouble shoot processing problems

-Inspect machines daily reporting any maintenance issues

-Monitor and direct machine operators through processes

-Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements of Plastic Molding Operator:

-Minimum High school Diploma or equivalent preferred

-2-5 years injection molding process experience

-Great analytical and problem solving skills

-Strong communications skills

-Good computer skills

-Mechanically inclined

-Previous knowledge of plastic industry and injection molding

-Great attention to detail

Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday

2nd Shift: 3:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday

3rd Shift: 10:00pm-5:00am Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00 based on experience
