Plastic Molding Operator

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Pay: $18.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We are hiring three Plastic Molding Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ. If you have manufacturing experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Operate plastic molding machines safely and efficiently
  • Remove finished products from molds
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Complete production documentation accurately
  • Record production counts and enter data into the system
  • Respond to machine alarms and perform minor troubleshooting
  • Assist with machine start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
  • Mix and prepare materials following work instructions
  • Label products with the correct lot information
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or plastic molding experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
