POSITION – Blow Molding Operator

JOB LOCATION – Cedarburg, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 4:00am to 4:00pm

OVERTIME – Available

STARTING PAY – $23.00 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Machine operating experience preferred (plastic injection or blow molding a plus)

As a Blow Molding Operator, you will be working in a fast-paced and very loud manufacturing environment producing gallon milk containers. This is a physical position that requires attention to detail and the ability to stay on task throughout your shift. You will be responsible for keeping the production line running smoothly and ensuring product quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Blow Mold department operating and monitoring machinery
  • Load and unload product from machines
  • Add bottles to the production line and bag finished product
  • Label and time stamp containers accurately
  • Clean jugs from the floor as needed to maintain safety and cleanliness
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues to keep production moving

Qualifications

  • Machine operating experience preferred (plastic injection or blow molding is a plus)
  • Willingness to learn and be trained
  • Comfortable working in a loud environment
  • Ability to perform physical work and stay on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997.
