About This Role

Brilliant Beginnings Learning Center is seeking a qualified, energetic, and dependable Nights & Weekend Manager to support our extended-hour program. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about children, values faith-based education, and enjoys working with families.

The Nights & Weekend Manager will help implement our Christian-based learning curriculum while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.


Licensing & Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet all Virginia state licensing requirements, including:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Ability to successfully complete a Virginia State Background Check
  • Willingness to complete a PPD screening
Schedule Requirements

Applicants must be willing and available to work the following shifts:

  • Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Requirements
  • Must Be 21 years if age.
  • Must have at least 6 months of programmatic experience.
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain First-Aid/ CPR and DHO training within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Must have a high school diploma, or childcare related credits.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Virginia's 10-hour Pre-service Training.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Medication Administration Certificate.
