Position Title: Contracts Administrator
Location: Hybrid - Arlington, VA

POSITION SUMMARY

Sprezzatura Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Contracts Administrator to support the company's growing portfolio of federal government contracts. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for administering prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, and other contractual instruments while ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations and company policies.

As the ideal candidate, you will have experience supporting federal government contracting activities and possess a strong understanding of FAR, VAAR, GSA Schedule contracting, and subcontract administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Contract Administration

  • Review, negotiate, and administer federal prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, modifications, teaming agreements, CTAs, consulting agreements, and non-disclosure agreements
  • Maintain contract files and ensure contract documentation is complete, current, and audit-ready
  • Monitor contract performance requirements, deliverables,optionperiods, funding limitations, and contractual deadlines – highly organized and meticulous
  • Track and manage contract modifications and amendments

Subcontract Management

  • Draft, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements
  • Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and compliance requirements
  • Ensure appropriate flow-down clauses are incorporated into subcontract agreements
  • Support subcontract closeout activities

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Assist with ensuring compliance with FAR, VAAR, and other agency-specific regulations
  • Review contractual terms and conditions andidentifypotential business and legal risks
  • Support organizational compliance initiatives related to government contracting requirements
  • Assistwith internal audits and contract compliance reviews

Business Development Support

  • Support proposal and capture teams by reviewing solicitation requirements and contractual terms
  • Assistwith proposal representations and certifications
  • Review and negotiate teaming agreements, CTAs, and NDAs associated with new business opportunities
  • Support contract transition and onboarding activities for newly awardedcontract.

Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain contract management systems and databases (i.e.,SharePoint)
  • Generate reports related to contract status, funding, options, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with Program Management, Finance, Human Resources, and Business Development teams regarding contractual matters

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in federal government contract administration
  • Working knowledge of the FAR
  • Experience administering prime contracts and subcontracts
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting VA (TAC is a plus), DoD, DHS, or civilian agency contracts
  • Knowledge of GSA MAS Schedule contracting and Contractor Team Arrangements (CTAs)
  • Successfultrack recordin Subcontract Terms and Conditions Negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CPARS, SAM.gov, and subcontract reporting requirements
  • NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM) preferred
  • Experience supporting small business and SBA program requirements
  • Understanding of OCI, limitations on subcontracting, and government ethics requirements

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
