Job Description

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative, financial, and operational functions. This role ensures efficient operations, exceptional patient experiences, strong financial performance, and effective team management. The Business Operations Manager works closely with the Chief Operations Officer and other leaders to support organizational growth while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of patient intake teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Coordinate Information Technology management, vendor relationships, equipment maintenance, and supply procurement
  • Manage daily and monthly financial reconciliation and accounts payable functions.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and operational coverage across all functions.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and financial reporting.
  • Experience supervising and developing staff.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare practice management software.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA, or related field.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, or medical practice management.
