Job description

A long-standing law firm with multiple offices in West Virginia is seeking a full-time legal secretary located in the Charleston office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of recent litigation experience, possess a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of organizational skills while working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ProLaw or a similar case management system and previous experience working with a Document Management System is preferred.
