Sustainable Talent is conducting the search for an energetic, motivated, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Physical Therapy Technician / Patient Care Coordinator on behalf of Markson Chiropractic & Medical.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with patients and make a meaningful impact on their recovery journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is looking to grow professionally within a respected and established healthcare organization. Personal Trainers, Exercise Coaches, Fitness Professionals, and Healthcare Assistants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with prescribed therapy programs

  • Apply therapeutic modalities including EMS, hot and cold therapy

  • Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises

  • Assist with spinal decompression and therapy equipment

  • Maintain treatment areas and equipment

  • Support providers with patient care activities

  • Encourage patient compliance and progress throughout treatment

  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience


Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Healthcare, fitness, or rehabilitation experience preferred
