At U.S. Bank, our Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Managers (BBRMs) don't just manage portfolios - they build businesses, shape strategy, and drive growth for healthcare clients navigating today's complex financial landscape.

In this highimpact role, you'll serve as the primary advisor to healthcare practices and organizations with revenues generally between $5MM and $50MM, owning the full client relationship from origination through longterm expansion. You'll bring a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset-leveraging the full capabilities of a leading financial institution to deliver sophisticated credit structures, treasury solutions, and integrated financial strategies that fuel client success.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for clients with revenues between $5MM and $50MM, including physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), dental service organizations (DSO), specialty practices, and other healthcare businesses.

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development, COIs, and industry networking within the healthcare ecosystem

  • Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions including cashflow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, buyouts, commercial real estate, ground up construction, and enterprise value-based lending structures.

  • Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating seamlessly across:

    • Treasury Management

    • Payments

    • Credit Cards

    • Personal Wealth and Advisory partners

    • Capital Markets

    • Equipment Finance

  • Advise healthcare clients on growth initiatives including de novo expansion, acquisitions, physician ownership transitions, and healthcare real estate financing.

  • Maintain full accountability for the client relationship while orchestrating internal partnerships in a large, matrixed organization

  • Apply strong credit judgment and risk discipline while balancing growth, profitability, and client experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $141,210.00 - 172,590.00
