Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
  • Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
  • Respond promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, and customer follow-up opportunities
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, features, financing options, and manufacturer programs
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Follow up with prospective customers to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Accurately complete required paperwork and documentation
  • Contribute to dealership and manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals
  • Work collaboratively with management and fellow team members to achieve dealership objectives
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and technology skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
