Sales Manager/Used Car Manager

We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Castle Subaru, Portage, IN.
As an Automotive Sales Manager, you'll oversee inventory, coach the sales team, and deliver an exceptional customerย 
experience while maximizing profitability.

How Youโ€™ll Contribute to the Team:

โ€ข Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople
โ€ข Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve salesย 
ย  performance
โ€ข Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
โ€ข Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
โ€ข Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
โ€ข Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase
โ€ข Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
โ€ข Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance withย 
ย  company standards
โ€ข Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
