Nation Security is seeking aย Bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Development Managerย to drive growth and strengthen our footprint in the security services industry. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who excels at identifying opportunities, expanding market share, and fostering long-term partnerships-particularly within bilingual and multicultural markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.ย 
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand into new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.ย 

Client & Partner Relations

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.ย 
  • Serve as the primary liaison during client onboarding to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience.ย 

Marketing & Digital Outreach

  • Leverage digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.ย 
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and execute campaigns that showcase Nation Security's expertise and value.ย 

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.ย 
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.ย 

Performance & Reporting

Requirements

  • Experience:ย Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably within the security or related service industries.ย 
  • Bilingual:ย Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.ย 
  • Proven Track Record:ย Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.ย 
  • Technical Skills:ย Proficient with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other digital marketing or outreach platforms.ย
