Job description

Blackstone is the world's largest alternative asset manager. We seek to create positive economic impact and long-term value for our investors, the companies we invest in, and the communities in which we work. We do this by using extraordinary people and flexible capital to help companies solve problems. Our $1.1 trillion in assets under management include investment vehicles focused on private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, opportunistic, non-investment grade credit, real assets and secondary funds, all on a global basis. Further information is available at www.blackstone.com. Follow @blackstone on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented Digital Associate to support our web properties, focused on Blackstone Private Wealth and product (fund) content. The Associate will work closely with Investment Content, Design Studio, and Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTI) teams to stand up new webpages, monitor and update existing web content, and support key web strategy initiatives.
This role will be hands-on in our web CMS and actively engaged in project management supporting the development pipeline, incorporating SEO/GEO best practices, contributing to web data automation and reporting, and coordinating with regional marketing partners (EMEA/APAC).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead setup of new webpages and web functionality for Private Wealth and product content (e.g., BREIT and BCRED web content), partnering closely with Investment Content, Design Studio, and BXTI teams. Provide guidance on web and UX best practices to bring product and private markets education content to life on our web properties.
  • Manage ongoing content updates across product webpages, including timely performance updates.
  • Support management of the web development pipeline, including business requirements gathering, prioritization, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordination of technology releases with cross-functional partners.
  • Project manage content activation workflows, including timelines, approvals, and coordination with other marketing channel leads.
  • Incorporate SEO/GEO best practices into page builds and content updates, providing guidance to content writers and working on metadata optimization, internal linking, and content architecture.
  • Support web analytics, A/B testing and reporting, and generating insights to inform continuous optimization of our web strategy.

Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a collaborative environment, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
  • 3+ years of experience in web strategy and content management roles. Past full-time work experience focused on websites is a must.
  • Hands-on experience working in a web CMS. Experience with WordPress is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional workflows with multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, timeliness, and clear communication.
  • Working knowledge of SEO/GEO best practices and operationalizing them in day-to-day web work.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and performance measurement; experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Financial industry experience an advantage but not required.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.

The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. Assignments, duties, and responsibilities may be changed at any time, with or without notice, by Blackstone in its sole discretion.
Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $135,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
