Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Manager, Marketing Web Strategy will be responsible for briefing, executing, reporting, and optimizing web offers/promotions and campaign landing pages. Your work plays a critical role in improving web conversion rates, and you will drive impact through strategy consultation, experimentation planning, and end-to-end execution across web surfaces. In addition, you will improve web operational agility and efficiency through implementation and management of AI tools.
This role reports into the Director of Web and Creative Strategy, and will work closely with cross-functional teams including Pricing and Promotions, Creative, Media, Performance Creative, Marketing and Product Analytics, Content Operations, and Legal.
YOUR IMPACT AT PELOTON
  • Translate high-level promotional and conversion goals into workable web solutions; you'll determine the "how" behind the "what"
  • Lead the briefing, delivery, and execution of promotional assets for onepeloton.com alongside our Content Operations team, ensuring all projects meet strict deadlines and impact team goals
  • Lead the test roadmap, briefing, delivery, and and reporting for paid traffic landing pages
  • Ideate and execute data-backed test ideas (A/B testing, User Testing) to improve web performance and operational agility
  • Support initial implementation and ongoing usage of agentic AI workflows as defined by your lead
  • Adhere to and champion standardized operational workflows; you will ensure that every asset follows the established lifecycle from initial brief to final deployment
  • Provide feedback on web assets based on best practices and/or past performance
  • Monitor and report on asset performance metrics, providing the right level of detail to stakeholders to influence future project decisions
  • Act as a key bridge between Growth Strategy, Creative, and Media teams, using project management tools to keep all stakeholders aligned on shifting timelines

YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • 3+ years of related experience in web marketing, digital project management, or e-commerce
  • Experience in web strategy competencies, including a working knowledge of CMS platforms, web analytics tools, and digital asset workflows
  • Proven ability to analyze complex requests and propose workable solutions independently, even when the path to execution is not initially clear
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions and a desire to learn how to influence management priorities through performance insights
  • Experience working with Agentic AI or Generative AI tools
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail or project deadlines
  • A history of building strong connections with cross-functional peers and a commitment to practicing authentic allyship and inclusive teamwork
  • Ability to rely on your own knowledge to complete objectives while knowing when to seek guidance from senior leadership to align with broader company values

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. $85,050-$114,950 USD
