The Opportunity

- Design and implement HubSpot solutions, including configurations, integrations, migrations, automations, reporting, and data management
- Drive revenue operations strategy across the customer lifecycle, including lead routing, nurturing, and management processes
- Build marketing and sales reporting that helps clients understand funnel performance, pipeline health, and customer retention
- Lead client onboarding and project delivery by managing scope, timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and communication
- Deliver client training and enablement to drive HubSpot adoption and reinforce best practices
- 3+ years leading complex, multi-hub HubSpot solutions within an agency or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency across multiple Hubs, with proven experience designing and implementing cross-Hub systems
- Exceptional consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating business goals into scalable HubSpot architectures
- Proven ability to manage concurrent complex client engagements from kick-off through delivery
- Alignment with New Breed's Core Values and collaborative culture
- Experience working at HubSpot, a HubSpot Solutions Partner, or a similar consulting organization
- HubSpot Certified Trainer credential
- Experience supporting quote-to-cash and other complex revenue operations processes
- Complete onboarding and become proficient in New Breed's delivery methodology
- Independently lead client discovery, implementation, and optimization engagements
- Build strong client relationships and deliver strategic recommendations
- Manage a portfolio of client engagements with increasing autonomy
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HubSpot strategy and revenue operations
- Contribute to team best practices and account growth opportunities
- Be recognized as a trusted RevOps and HubSpot expert by clients and colleagues
- Drive measurable client impact through strategic recommendations and successful delivery
- Mentor team members and contribute to New Breed's evolving methodologies
