Global Web Strategy Manager
As our Global Web Strategy Manager, this role is critical for the digital team to drive business value, to support our businesses with their web content requirements, and to continue our crucial site migration programs.
Your role:
  • Create and distribute best practices and content guidance.
  • Act as core point of contact between team and business and regional stakeholders.
  • Drive content lifecycle management across web platforms and influence website design and UX.
  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate insights to stakeholders by providing interpretation and storytelling for impact.
  • Own communication and meeting cadence and drive with business units' engagement.

You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of success in developing and executing website experience and full funnel strategies; working in B2B environments is preferred, especially where customer interaction and understanding organizational needs play a key role in shaping digital experiences; collaborating with and influencing cross-functionally across multiple offices and time zones.
  • Your skills include strategic leadership with sharp communication, storytelling skills, and technical aptitude to support recommendations. Keen understanding of the interdependence between high-quality digital content and website effectiveness to drive business impact. Important to have familiarity in Content Management Systems (CMS), Google Analytics tools, and other data analytics tools.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree, required, in Digital Marketing, Management, Marketing Technology, Medical or Healthcare or related fields.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Stamford, CT is $109,000 to $174,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
