Position Summary:

Fox is looking for a results-driven UI/UX design and digital operations professional who will be responsible for executing and optimizing web, creative, and lifecycle marketing initiatives across a multi-brand portfolio. This individual will lead end-to-end website execution including landing pages, PDP enhancements, category updates, redirects, and post-launch optimization efforts to support ongoing site relaunches and campaign performance.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Web execution across all six brand sites, landing pages, PDP enhancements, category updates, redirects, and post-launch iteration on the site relaunch.
  • Campaign creative production, design and ship landing pages, email templates, ad creative variants, and on-site content using Figma, Adobe Suite and AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, v0/Lovable, or similar)
  • Email and lifecycle program execution with growth marketing manager; segmentation design, automation builds, dealer and consumer calendars, deliverability hygiene
  • Promotion and sale setup in the backend, partnering with technical support group and the product data team
  • Campaign coordination, own the launch tracker for major initiatives including important brand launches on-site.
  • Content update calendar across the portfolio, keep sites current and brand-aligned
  • Project management of marketing intake, briefs, and creative routing between brand managers and production resources

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Shopify or similar CMS
  • Figma, Adobe Suite, AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, v0/Lovable)
  • HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
  • 3D/interactive web tools (Spline, Three.js, configurators, scroll-driven motion)

Position Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related design field. Equivalent professional experience considered.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in web design, digital marketing, or eCommerce; multi-brand or DTC experience preferred.
