Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position functions as the university's web manager. With the assistance of the director, this position oversees the presentation and functioning of the website serving all the departments within the university. Guides and assists web content owners, authors and stakeholders. Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital content and multimedia assets for the university website, intranet, and digital signage systems. Assures consistent application of accepted standards and best practices for site design, function and usability while working within university defined guidelines. Regularly assesses and evaluates site performance and usage, producing summary reports. Works under assigned deadlines to initiate, produce and manage special projects as part of the University Advancement Division. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred: Knowledge of database and programming helpful. Experience with UX research and design. Application deadline: June 24, 2026. USCA is an AA/EOE. Designs, organizes, and builds and tests webpages to ensure usability, accessibility, and overall ease of navigation by users. Identifies user requirements, web architecture, and project scope. Serves as the primary administrator and steward of the university's content management system.
