About the Role

Veryon is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution of our global marketing initiatives. Based in our Chennai office, this role will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing our digital presence across web, email, and social channels.


You’ll work closely with the digital marketing team to build, publish, and manage content in HubSpot, helping drive engagement, generate leads, and support campaign performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and update website pages in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
  • Create and format blog posts in HubSpot, including uploading content, images, and metadata
  • Develop and deploy marketing emails in HubSpot, including layout, testing, and scheduling
  • Create and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency across channels and campaigns
  • Support review acquisition efforts, including managing outreach and monitoring feedback platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Perform basic QA checks to ensure all digital assets are error-free and functioning correctly
  • Maintain content libraries and ensure assets are organized and up to date
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot (or similar CMS/marketing automation tools)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
