Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Website Manager to their Marketing team in Ormond Beach, Florida

Job Summary:

The Web Manager is responsible for overseeing, updating and maintaining FRP's corporate and agency websites, ensuring compliant, content accuracy, brand consistency, technical performance, plugin function, cybersecurity and ongoing regulatory. This role will also lead strategic web initiatives and provide collaborative digital support.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain FRP corporate and agency websites, ensuring sites are compliant, current, functional, secure, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage ongoing updates to content, imagery, navigation, and site functionality.
  • Monitor website performance, usability, and accessibility, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Lead in the rebuild and/or consolidation of FRP websites.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to optimize site structure, messaging, and user experience to support business objectives.
  • Internal intranet support.
  • Provides after-hours availability for urgent edits and critical website maintenance, including outage resolution, cache resets, and developer coordination.

Competencies & Qualifications: 

  • Experience managing multiple websites simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven content review processes preferred.
  • Experience with intranet platforms (SharePoint or others).
  • Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor and Cornerstone), with working knowledge of additional CMS platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and timelines, including website rebuilds.
  • Comfortable collaborating across marketing, compliance, IT, and leadership teams.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, web development, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing websites in a corporate, agency, or regulated industry environment.
