Howden Maintenance Partners France est spécialisée en maintenance, services et ingénierie dans le domaine des turbomachines. Nous intervenons en France et en Europe sur une large gamme de machines tournantes : turbines à vapeur, compresseurs, pompes, alternateurs, etc.

What Will You Do?

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) en commerce / développement commercial pour accompagner notre équipe dans la prospection et la croissance de notre activité.


Vous participerez activement à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de développement en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités et en contribuant à la prise de rendez-vous qualifiés.

Missions principales:


1. Prospection commerciale
•    Identifier de nouveaux prospects (entreprises, contacts ciblés) via différents canaux (LinkedIn, bases de données, web…)
•    Saisir les coordonnées et mettre à jour la base de données CRM
•    Qualifier les leads selon les critères définis

2. Prise de contact
•    Réaliser des campagnes de prospection (emailing, appels téléphoniques, messages LinkedIn…)
•    Présenter l’offre de manière claire et engageante
•    Assurer les relances et le suivi des prospects

3. Prise de rendez-vous
•    Planifier des rendez-vous qualifiés pour l’équipe commerciale
•    S’assurer de la pertinence des besoins des prospects en amont des RDV
•    Préparer les éléments nécessaires aux rendez-vous (brief, contexte…)

4. Contribution aux actions marketing
•    Participer à la création de campagnes d’emailing
•    Suivre les performances des actions de prospection (taux d’ouverture, réponses…)
•    Proposer des améliorations dans les approches commerciales

Etudiant(e) au sein d’une école de niveau BAC+3 à BAC+5 orientée commercial / marketing, vous avez une première expérience réussie en stage et un intérêt marqué pour le développement commercial et la prospection.

Vous maîtrisez un anglais commercial ainsi que les outils informatiques.

Aisance relationnelle, bonne communication écrite et orale, rigueur, capacité d’analyse, polyvalence et autonomie sont des atouts pour réussir dans cette fonction.
