Account Executive - Water Restoration Sales
Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 base plus uncapped commission
Location: San Bernardino, CA

About the Role
Serve U Property Solution is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to support the growth of our water restoration and mitigation services. This role is responsible for building referral partnerships, generating new business, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through project initiation.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing structured sales efforts with urgent, on-call opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
  • Conduct daily prospecting through calls, in-person visits, networking, and events
  • Generate new business opportunities for water mitigation, fire damage, and reconstruction services
  • Respond to emergency service opportunities, including after-hours as needed

Sales Cycle Management
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to job conversion
  • Conduct site visits to assess damage and coordinate with operations teams
  • Prepare and present proposals and service agreements
  • Ensure proper handoff to operations teams for execution
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM systems

Account Management
  • Build long-term client and referral partner relationships
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on completed jobs to drive repeat and referral business
  • Address client concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries
  • Experience in restoration, construction, plumbing, or property management is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong accountability and ownership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Compensation and Incentives
  • Base salary of $48,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Commission begins after collected revenue exceeds base salary threshold
  • 3 percent commission on revenue above threshold
  • Additional earning opportunities:
    • Water mitigation jobs: 5 percent to 10 percent
    • Reconstruction projects: 3 percent to 6 percent
  • Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
