About the Team
We're looking for a Franchise Account Executive to sell National restaurant franchisees from our National partnerships in the United States to join our powerful DoorDash delivery platform. The DoorDash Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest restaurant groups in the United States. Given the scale of our key partners, this role is a critical piece of DoorDash's growth and success in every market in which we operate. As a Franchise Account Executive, you will help our growth plans by the day to day sales execution for a portfolio of national brands.

As a Franchise Account Executive for DoorDash, you will lead conversations across products with the company's largest global partners. The best candidates will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Own, develop and refine the process to successfully partner franchise owners across DoorDash Drive, Marketplace, and Marketing Products
  • Developing the strategy and execution for engaging our largest franchise owners
  • Manage the pipeline of franchise restaurants in all phases of our relationship; prospecting, closing, and growing

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of business development experience and sales experience, preferably a mix of high-growth or early-stage startup
  • Experience with C-Level sales conversations
  • Proven closing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree

We expect this position to be filled by 9/20/26.
Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
