Job description

Account Executive

The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive patient referrals, engage healthcare providers, and expand brand presence. This will be sales heavy role and requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship management, and knowledge of compounding pharmacy services. We are looking for current residents of Southern California,ย travel in and out of state will be required.ย Targeting opportunities south ofย  Bakersfield and the greater Southern California region.ย Pay is dependent on experience.

As we expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Compound Pharmacy Marketer to drive business growth, build strong relationships, and increase market awareness.ย 

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and other potential referral sources).
  • Sales & Outreach: Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote compounding pharmacy services.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement. Learn the market players and actively engage to drive new business.
  • Account Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction to retain current clients.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, and community engagements to build professional connections.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience inย sales, healthcare marketing,ย pharmaceuticals, or compound pharmacy marketing.
  • Willingness to travel both in and out of state.
  • Current California resident
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
