About the Role

Theย Commercial Insurance Account Executiveย is the ultimate stewardship role. You will work closely with a senior producerย handling marketing and client strategyย on sophisticated middle market and large accounts. Some job highlights for what this central Florida based independent insurance agency is looking for includes:


  • Senior level client management expertise with construction, real estate, manufacturing, property development, and/or private equity accounts
  • Consistent work running point on larger accounts which the agency defines as $50k-$150k in annual commission revenue
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the Florida insurance market although similar coastal property and E&S markets within the Southeast and East Coast could be similar enough to curb the immediate learning curve


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Retention, service, account development, and product/service presentation directly to the insured
  • Partner on resource deliverables (loss control, claims, etc.)
  • Support training, workflow efficiencies, and best practices within the team


Skills & Experience

  • At least five (5) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager or Commercial Insurance Account Executive
  • Active P&C insurance license
