Job description

A&I Fire and Water Restoration is seeking a full-time position for a Water Restoration Technician. The Water Restoration Technician responds to emergency situations involving property damage caused by water, fire, mold and other emergency situations. The candidate must work well in a team environment with the desire to learn and grow in this position. Experience in the restoration industry is preferred, but not required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and perform disaster response services

• Available to work on-call schedule for mitigation and emergency services

• Meet with customers to evaluate loss while maintaining company image and positive attitude.

• Perform activities including demolition, cleaning, fire and smoke damage remediation and specialized cleaning

• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation that is required

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• Clean driving record

• Pass background check and drug screen

• Customer service oriented
