We are hiring several Restoration Technicians!

Full-Time | Field Operations | Emergency Restoration Services

We are hiring Restoration Technicians to support water, fire, and mold mitigation projects. This is a handson role focused on physical labor, jobsite preparation, demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup. If you're reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable with fastpaced work, this is a strong entry point into the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Mitigation Work

Perform water extraction, demolition, and debris removal

Set up, run, and remove drying equipment

Protect contents, establish containment, and maintain jobsite safety

Cleaning & Site Preparation

HEPA vacuuming, surface cleaning, and disinfecting

Prep spaces for demolition or drying

Move, block, and protect furniture

Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance

Load/unload tools and equipment daily

Clean, organize, and maintain equipment and vehicles

Team & Supervisor Support

Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks promptly

Communicate job progress or issues to the supervisor

Documentation (Basic)

Take photos when requested

Report readings or observations through a mobile app

IICRC certifications a plus (training available)
