Restoration 1 of Winnetka is seeking a Priority Responder Water & Fire Restoration to serve as the first on-site representative during property damage emergencies. This position is based out of our Winnetka location and supports emergency response calls throughout Chicago and the northern suburbs.
As a Priority Responder, you will respond to water, fire, smoke, and storm losses, communicate calmly and clearly with homeowners and property managers, and secure signed work authorizations. This role combines emergency response, customer service, and consultative sales, with significant earning potential for motivated, high-performing candidates.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives under pressure, takes ownership of outcomes, and wants to be part of a fast-growing restoration company with real advancement opportunities.
