About the Role
Weโ€™re growing our Boise water restoration team and looking for motivated, reliable individuals who want to work hard, learn fast, and build a career in the restoration industry.
This is an entry-level role โ€” no prior experience required. Weโ€™ll train you in the skills needed to restore homes and businesses after water damage and prepare you for advancement as you grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist in removing affected materials (flooring, drywall, cabinets, etc.).
  • Perform water extraction and help set up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers).
  • Apply antimicrobial treatments and maintain safe, clean job sites.
  • Move and protect customer contents as needed.
  • Follow written emergency response procedures.

Requirements
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude โ€” reliability is key.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work.
  • Comfortable working in environments affected by water or mold (protective gear provided).
  • Valid driverโ€™s license preferred.
