About the Role
We’re seeking a Client Account Coordinator / Sales Support Specialist to join a growing industrial safety supply company in Billings, MT. This is a customer-facing, high-visibility role that supports order processing, quoting, and client communications. Ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the initiative to take on more once daily tasks are complete.
This role is fully onsite and offers long-term career growth once converted to permanent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers—in person, by phone, and via email
  • Provide quotes, pricing, and product information
  • Process order entry, order tracking, and shipment status updates
  • Prepare quotes and assist outside sales with product sourcing
  • Maintain customer order status and ensure timely communication
  • Greet walk-in customers and support front counter inquiries
  • Multi-task across multiple internal systems and software platforms
  • Support occasional customer site visits once permanent
  • Take initiative to assist with additional tasks after daily work is completed


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, order entry, or sales support experience
  • Strong computer skills; ability to work across multiple systems
  • Professional, personable, and comfortable with client interaction
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and stay accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to in-person work
  • Experience from construction, or customer-focused environments is a plus
  • Industrial, safety products, or manufacturing industry knowledge is beneficial
  • Looking for someone seeking long-term stability
