Job Title: Customer Support Representative
LHH is partnering with a client in Falls Church, VA looking to bring on a motivated and service-oriented Customer Support Representative. This is an ongoing temporary assignment that will begin asap.
Location: Falls Church, VA (Onsite)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour
About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and building professional relationships in a collaborative office environment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Please note: This is an office-based customer support role and not a call center position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned group of customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and updates within company systems.
  • Support customer success initiatives and contribute to client retention efforts.
  • Communicate customer needs and feedback to appropriate internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications and CRM systems.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or a related industry is highly preferred.
  • Previous customer service, administrative, or client-facing experience is a plus.
