The Visual Merchandising Manager directs store fixturing, product placement, and display while supporting daily operations to create an inspiring and dynamic experience for the customer.
Role Responsibilities
Visual + Business Operations
  • Assesses business and product sell-through to identify store successes and opportunities; effectively leads an empowered team to make strategic, creative, business-impacting decisions
  • Oversees and collaborates with key partners to manage visual direction; prioritizes shipment and optimizes product flow to efficiently impact sell-through, sales, and customer experience
  • Interprets Home Office direction to impact store's structure, presentation, and overall productivity to drive store sales. Initiates conversation with Home Office leadership to continuously improve presentation and experience
  • Takes a forward-thinking approach to make a strategic plan for execution and recovery of sell through and markdowns
  • Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

  • Emulates global URBN values while acting as a local representative of the Reclectic brand in their respective geography
  • Partners with the Leadership Team to create balance between engaging visuals and the productive use of space
