A well-established nonprofit organization in Seattle is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support hiring efforts during a busy seasonal period. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with hiring managers, maintaining recruiting systems, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume recruiting, staying organized, and making an immediate impact while supporting an organization that serves the local community.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment.

Temporary Recruiter Duties:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process. 
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities and support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment. 

Temporary Recruiter Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment. 
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruiting workflows
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple openings. 
  • Experience supporting nonprofit, healthcare, education, or other mission-driven organizations is a plus. 
Pay
$31.00-$33.00/hour
