Job description

Virtual Contract Management Specialist

Location: Virtual

Duration: 6 Months

Hours/days: 4 days/week

The virtual interim resources will provide the following services:

  • Manage member's contracts and ensure agreements are renewed prior to expiration.
  • Prioritize projects, lead negotiations, manage requests for information, requests for proposal processes, facilitate team support, and document business relationship(s) with supplier(s).
  • Analyze costs and financial implications of member's contracting activities.
  • Negotiate member's contracts, as necessary.
  • Develop objectives and implement sourcing strategies with member's leadership.
  • Submit agreements in order to facilitate data systems upload and ensure contracts are implemented properly.
  • Compile and communicate member's pipeline of opportunities and the performance of the opportunities that are implemented by member's supply chain and departments; and
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and member's code of conduct.
