Job description

Our client is searching for a Receptionist for their law office located in the Bellaire area.  Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and the starting salary range for this position is $18-19 per hour.
Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer multi-line phone and manage incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle and distribute deliveries and other correspondence.
  • Help order office supplies when needed.
  • Data entry/administrative support including memos, e-mails, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Help communicate with office related vendors for copiers, phones, etc.
  • Assist with other duties as needed.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
