Job description

We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company and using our cutting-edge Matterport 3D technology in the field. Additional opportunities exist for applicants with or looking to pursue their FAA drone license certification. Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Work with our marketing coordinator to support the production of marketing materials, as well as run the Matterport 3D camera in the field to professionally represent the real estate team.
  • Help manage the company CRM and support incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Additional opportunities to learn and operate our in-house DJI drone after securing FAA drone license certification.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own calendar.
  • Must have a valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A real estate license is a preferred
  • An FAA drone license certification is a bonus
