• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels including social media, online platforms, and community outreach
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documents in compliance with real estate laws and regulations
• Stay informed about local market trends, fair housing regulations, and legal requirements affecting property transactions
• Collaborate with team members, property managers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction workflows

Requirements

• Valid real estate license required; willingness to obtain license if not already licensed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple clients and property listings efficiently
• Excellent negotiation abilities to advocate effectively for clients’ interests
• Experience or familiarity with marketing techniques and customer service principles
• Knowledge of fair housing laws, real estate law, and property management practices is a plus
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse communities
• Previous administrative or real estate-related experience will be considered an asset
