Will AI replace leasing agents?

AI technology can automate certain tasks performed by leasing agents, such as answering common questions and processing applications. However, leasing agents provide personalized customer service, negotiate lease terms, and handle complex situations that AI cannot fully replicate. Therefore, AI is likely to augment rather than replace leasing agents in the near future.
