We specialize in the sale and installation of window film products for Auto, Home, and Office markets in addition to other services. We are committed to a friendly family work environment while serving our customers at the highest level of professionalism possible.

Job Description:
All Pro Window Films is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Administrator.
Those seeking to apply for this position must have experience in the following:
  • Minimum of 5 years directly working with "Quickbooks".
  • Payroll.
  • Sales Tax Filings.
  • Scanning documents to a cloud system.
  • Organizing files and file systems.
  • Contract review, signing, filing.
  • Filing of Warranties and warranty claims.
  • New Employee onboarding.
  • Invoicing and money collection.
  • Having your notary is a plus but not required, may have to attend a notary class.
  • Experience in Google Drive/Microsoft Office.

Compensation:
  • We offer a very competitive salary/hourly pay based on your work history and experience.
  • Benefits are available including paid holidays, health insurance, and paid vacation.
  • PTO is also available.

This position is not a remote position. You will be in the office daily.
