Job Opportunity

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a highly organized and communicative Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time, fully remote basis. Our client is a prominent player in the landscaping industry, recognized for their significant growth and commitment to quality service in recent years.

Section: Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact, receiving and processing service requests from both new and existing clients through various channels.
  • Efficiently schedule and coordinate landscaping and mowing services, strategically assigning field teams according to geographic location and availability.
  • Meticulously manage and update the master service calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure timely job completion.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and field personnel, sending service confirmations and reminders.
  • Monitor the status of all active jobs, tracking completions and promptly addressing any delays or necessary rescheduling.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support, scheduling, or administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
