- Ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assists with capacity planning and new production development work.
- Culture of Zero adherence in safety and quality.
- Drives process improvement and 5S lean manufacturing principles.
- Timekeeping responsibilities (ADP)
Required Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Three years relevant experience
Preferred Education & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a production control/planning environment preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, experience using an ERP system desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). SAP experience desirable.
