We are looking for a Video Production Manager who can help us scale high-quality video content that drives both brand authority and lead generation.

Compensation: Base Salary $75,000 + Up to $13,500 Incentive Bonus
Your Impact On Team Sidekick
As Video Production Manager, you will own the execution and delivery of all video content across the organization.
This is not just a video editing role. This is a production and execution role.
You will be responsible for bringing content ideas to life-from podcasts and YouTube content to paid ads and promotional videos-while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality.You will work closely with the Director of Brand & Content to execute content strategy and with the Growth team to support performance-driven creative.
Your work will directly influence how we educate, engage, and convert our audience.
Video Production, Editing & Photography (35%)
  • Produce and edit high-quality video content across multiple formats including podcasts, YouTube videos, social clips, and promotional content.
  • Manage the full video production process-from raw footage to final delivery.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, pacing, branding, and storytelling.
  • Optimize video formats for different platforms (YouTube, social, paid ads).
  • Capture live video content at all Franchise Sidekick events
  • Serve as the internal photographer for Franchise Sidekick, capturing high-quality imagery at events and key brand moments.
  • Produce photography for website content, team culture storytelling, and employee headshots.
  • Ensure all visual assets align with brand standards and elevate overall content quality.

Content Execution & Distribution (20%)
  • Collaborate with the Content team to execute video content aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Create short-form and long-form content from core video assets.
  • Ensure timely publishing and distribution across all channels.
  • Repurpose content efficiently to maximize output and reach.

Paid Creative & Performance Support (15%)
  • Support the Growth team by producing video assets for paid traffic campaigns.

Production Systems & Workflow Optimization (15%)

No two days will look the same-and that's what makes this role dynamic.
One day, you might be editing a full-length podcast episode and breaking it into multiple short-form clips for social and YouTube. Next, you're working with the Growth team to produce new video ad variations designed to improve campaign performance.
You'll collaborate with the Content team to bring new ideas to life, ensuring each piece of content is polished, on-brand, and optimized for its platform. You may also be experimenting with new editing techniques or AI tools to increase output and efficiency.
Whether you're producing long-form educational content or fast-turn ad creative, your work will directly impact how we engage our audience and drive growth.
This Job Might Be a Good Fit For You If You...
  • Have 3-6+ years of experience in video production, editing, or content creation.
  • Are highly proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Have experience producing content for YouTube, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Understand pacing, storytelling, and what makes content engaging across different platforms.
