Position Overview:

Rahway Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to serve as a Vice Principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to student success, collaboration, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting the district's mission to provide high-quality education and services to all students.

Qualifications:
  1. Valid New Jersey Administrative Certificate with Principal endorsement.
  2. Master's degree from an accredited college/university.
  3. Minimum of five years of successful experience as a teacher.
  4. Ability to work effectively with staff and parents.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a multicultural, diverse community.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Required criminal background check and proof of US citizenship or legal alien status.
  8. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
