VP Services is hiring an experienced Residential Service Electrician to join our growing team. We're looking for dependable technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems
  • Perform repairs, installations, upgrades, and rewiring projects
  • Install panels, breakers, lighting, outlets, switches, EV chargers, and other residential systems
  • Ensure all work is code compliant and completed safely
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
  • Accurately document work using tablet/mobile software
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while minimizing call-backs
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of residential electrical experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying temperatures
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Journeyman license is a plus but not required
