Vice Chair / Vice President

BAE Beautiful As Ever Inc.

The Vice Chair / Vice President supports the President/Founder in leading and advancing the mission of BAE Beautiful As Ever Inc., which focuses on empowering young girls ages 15–21 with Down syndrome through the My Beautiful Reflection program. This role helps guide board activities, support program development, and strengthen community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the President in leadership and decision-making

Lead meetings when the President is unavailable

Support the success of the My Beautiful Reflection wellness program

Collaborate with board members and volunteers

Represent the organization at community events and partnerships

The Vice Chair helps ensure the organization continues creating a supportive space where girls with Down syndrome can build confidence, practice healthy living, and embrace their beautiful reflection.
